This 4-week intuitive arts experience blends mindfulness, meditation, and expressive art to help you reconnect with your inner wisdom—no art experience required. Each week offers a gentle invitation to release stress, quiet the mind, and explore creativity as a form of self-care and self-discovery.

Through guided meditation and accessible art practices, you’ll learn to trust the process rather than chase perfection. The course builds week by week, weaving together calming mark-making, emotional expression, and mixed media exploration—culminating in a handmade journal of affirmations you’ll keep as a personal touchstone.

What you’ll explore:

  • Meditative Zentangle-style drawing to cultivate focus and presence

  • Neurographic art techniques to process emotions and encourage integration

  • Intuitive mixed media collage combining line, color, and personal symbolism

  • Creating a handcrafted affirmation journal using all techniques learned
